We're heading into a busy week at Bountiful Elementary, with multiple field trips, Literacy Night on Wednesday and the opening of leadership opportunities for next year on Friday. Weeks like this take a great deal of support behind the scenes. We are grateful for the teachers, staff, volunteers, and families who help make these experiences possible.

A special thank you to our PTA, which helps sponsor and support activities, like the field trips happening this week, throughout the year.

This Wednesday - 5:30pm to 7:45pm

This is set to be one of our biggest family events of the spring! We hope every Bobcat family will attend our upcoming Literacy Night on Wednesday, April 15th from 5:30pm to 7:45pm.

Families can enjoy dinner, literacy workshops, childcare while parents attend classes, sessions in English and Spanish, prizes (including cash prizes), free books, and more.

The free event is designed to give families practical ways to support reading at home. Open to families from Davis and neighboring counties. No registration required.

Reminders

Arrival and Dismissal Safety

As the weather warms up and more students begin bringing bikes, scooters, skateboards, and other personal wheels to school, we want to remind families that students may not ride them on school property. This includes all personal wheels, motorized or not. Students should walk them at all times while on campus to help keep everyone safe.

Families are also asked to stay alert, slow down, and use extra caution during arrival and dismissal. Together, we can help keep sidewalks, parking lot areas, and school entrances safe for everyone.

Testing Season Is Here

Please make every effort to have your student at school, on time, well rested, and ready to do their best. A strong start to the day helps students feel more confident and prepared during testing.
