October's focus is Kindness Matters. Kindness is much more than being polite, it is choosing to notice others, include those who may feel left out, offer encouragement, and show respect in both words and actions.
Small acts of kindness have the power to brighten someone's day, strengthen our school community, and create a place where every child feels they belong.
We invite families to continue these conversations at home by recognizing acts of kindness and discussing ways your child can positively impact others each day. Whether it's helping a classmate, thanking a teacher, or including someone new at recess, every act of kindness creates a ripple effect.
Together, we can build a community where kindness is contagious and where we continue to Make It Matter.
